Who we are
flowxscale LLC, with its principal place of business in Cape Town, South Africa, is the responsible party for this website. Write to hi@flowxscale.com about anything in this notice.
What this website collects
Nothing directly. flowxscale.com sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and loads no third-party scripts or fonts. There are no forms.
Server logs
The site is served by Cloudflare, Inc., our hosting provider, which records standard server logs — IP address, browser type, pages requested and the time — to serve the site and protect it from abuse. The provider retains these logs for a short period. We do not use them to identify visitors.
If you email us
We keep your correspondence for as long as needed to answer you and to keep a record of our dealings. We do not add you to any list.
ATTEND
This notice covers the website only. Patient records processed in ATTEND are processed on behalf of a practice, which is the responsible party under POPIA. That processing is governed by the operator agreement between the practice and flowxscale, and by the practice's own privacy notice to its patients. See Security and POPIA.
Your rights
Under the Protection of Personal Information Act you may ask what personal information we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and object to its processing. Write to hi@flowxscale.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator (South Africa) at inforegulator.org.za.
